Connext is different than a typical outsourcing firm because we allow clients to start at any size and scale as they see fit. We customize our services to individual client needs and execute with unparalleled reliability and quality. We are built on a co-management model that retains training and quality control with the client, while we execute in HR and Operations.
We support high-growth healthcare organizations including but not limited to: healthcare technology, medical groups, pharmaceutical firms, biotech companies, revenue cycle management companies, telehealth companies, etc.
We are Type 2 SOC 2 Compliant and complete a security audit every year. Additionally, every employee takes quarterly IT security training and are provided Connext equipment for work. Every employee working on a healthcare account also completes HIPAA training. Most importantly, we do not store any data offshore.
