Tim enjoys mentoring young professionals, snowboarding in Japan and delivering Hawaiian chocolates to our offshore teams.

A Lean Six Sigma expert and author, Ron excels at solving complex business challenges, leading teams of over 3,000 FTE, and driving multi-channel synergy. His leadership style fosters team success through collaboration, innovation, and a disciplined, results-driven approach.

Ron can frequently be found playing on the Connext basketball team in the Philippines or reminiscing on his Brooklyn, NY days.

A United States Military Academy graduate with honors in Nuclear Engineering, Taylor served in the US Military as an Infantry Officer and Army Ranger. With extensive experience in operations, logistics, and team building, Taylor is dedicated to driving organizational growth and efficiency through innovative strategies.

When not tirelessly working on growing Connext, Taylor can be found lifting weights or going to to the beach with his family. He is pursuing his executive MBA at The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania.

Scarlett is a versatile leader specializing in business strategy, client success, and leadership development. With a BA in International Business and an MBA from University of Southern California, she brings over a decade of experience in strategic planning, revenue growth, and technology transformation. As Director of Client Strategy at Connext, Scarlett combines expertise in business development and digital marketing to deliver impactful solutions while fostering strong client relationships.

Based in Hawaii, outside of work she can be found serving as a volunteer with the state Chamber of Commerce and Little League.
