Job Description:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for non-technical, technical and operations-focused roles (e.g., healthcare, finance and accounting, technology, BPO, shared services, frontline and leadership roles).
• Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create or update job descriptions aligned with business needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next-stage interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manage timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Support employer branding, talent pooling, and pipeline-building initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of accounting roles, healthcare roles, industry trends, and skill requirements, enabling effective candidate assessment and engagement.
• Demonstrate experience in building diverse candidate pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English, to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on site and on flexible schedule.
Screening Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years dedicated experience in Recruitment.
• Experience in any recruitment/sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Must have a stable employment history.
