Talent Acquisition Assistant | 4768

Job Description:

• Review and screen applications, perform initial phone screens, and track applicants in the ATS.

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple clinics.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking system records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Serve as primary contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a gold-standard candidate experience.

• Generate weekly recruitment reports and metrics.

• Manage recruiting calendars, candidate travel arrangements (if applicable), and recruiting events (career fairs, campus visits).

• Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate experience initiatives.

• Coordinate offers and background checks.

• Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates basic data/reporting skills and comfort learning HR/recruiting systems.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under deadlines.

• Team-oriented, proactive problem solver; discrete with confidential information.

• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.

Screening Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support (entry- to mid-level).

• Experience in using any applicant tracking system.

• Experience in Microsoft Office tools.

• Must have stable employment history.
