Job Description:
• Own and execute SEO & GEO strategy across all the company’s brands, delivering measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, visibility in AI-driven search, and conversions.
• Design and implement AI-ready schema structures that optimize content for LLMs, chatbots, and generative search interfaces.
• Conduct keyword, entity, and topical research to align with both traditional search engines and emerging generative platforms.
• Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (metadata, schema, site speed, crawlability, etc.) across multiple sites.
• Partner with AI and data teams to integrate SEO with machine learning insights and automation workflows.
• Monitor performance, track ROI, and deliver insights that influence executive-level decision-making.
• Support PPC strategy with AI-informed keyword and audience segmentation.
• Stay ahead of AI search trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage external agencies or freelancers if needed as the business scales.
Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of AI applications in search and demonstrated experience with LLM schema design, entity optimization, and GEO strategies.
• Technical expertise in structured data, schema markup, and semantic search optimization.
• Experience with PPC campaign support and AI-driven audience targeting.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect analytics to business growth.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success managing large-scale or multi-brand websites.
• Experience in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SEO platforms.
• Must have stable employment history.
