Job Description:
• Monitor tenant ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Contact tenants regarding past-due accounts and payment status.
• Investigate discrepancies in tenant ledger activity.
• Assist in collections and AR follow-up efforts.
• Process invoices and support daily property management operations.
• Maintain tenant sales reports and administrative records.
• Provide general administrative support to property management team.
• Collect and maintain tenant/vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded in systems.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle inquiries related to billing, balances, and account status.
• Support ongoing tenant relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi system.
• Track tenant accounts, documentation, and ledger updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and persistent follow-up skills when communicating with tenants and vendors.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management, tenant services, lease administration, or property management support.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.
• Must have stable employment history.
