Job Description:

• Provide courteous, timely, and empathetic customer service to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.

• Manage and prioritize multiple calls and concerns simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.

• Utilize proficient typing skills and multitask effectively while on the phone.

• Complete daily tasks and assignments within designated time frames set by management.

• Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a satisfactory call volume according to company standards.

• Ability to work remotely and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency using computers with the ability in navigating various software systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with patients with a high degree of professionalism.

• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey thoughts professionally in various communication modes.

• Have highly adaptive communication and language skills to meet customer on their level

• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively

• Ability to follow instructions, responds well to direction, takes responsibility for own actions, and meets or exceeds company expectations.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and positive experiences.

• Works effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments, prioritizing quality outcomes.

• Capable of maintaining productivity while seated at a computer for a minimum of 7 hours daily, using necessary peripherals like keyboard, mouse, and headset.

Screening Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, with at least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare industry.

• Must have stable employment history
