Job Description:
• Build and manage a net-new sales pipeline targeting PE-backed healthcare organizations, including RCM providers, healthtech, and mid-market health systems.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, industry events, and strategic referral networks.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently.
• Develop and execute a dedicated sales strategy for PE-backed healthcare portfolio companies, engaging Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations teams, and platform CFOs/COOs.
• Design pilot-to-platform rollout strategies and secure initial engagements with individual portfolio companies.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points across revenue cycle management, clinical documentation, patient access, and back-office functions.
• Collaborate with clients to design staffing solutions tailored to workflows, compliance requirements, and growth trajectory.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving VPs of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, COOs, compliance officers, and PE Operating Partners.
• Represent the company at healthcare industry events, including HLTH, HFMA, HIMSS, MGMA, and PE-focused conferences.
• Partner with marketing to develop healthcare-specific content, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Own post-sale relationships, ensuring successful onboarding and team performance.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts across multi-function, multi-location deployments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Familiarity with healthcare RCM, SaaS solutions, or operational solutions in provider/payer organizations.
• Demonstrates success in consultative sales, client relationship management, and pipeline generation.
• Experience navigating C-suite and senior operational stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or healthcare staffing services.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Minimum of three (3) years of B2B sales experience selling into healthcare organizations.
• Experience with PE-backed healthcare sales, healthcare outsourcing/BPO sales, or healthcare staffing/workforce solutions.
• Experience in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Must have stable employment history.
