Job Description:
• Identify and research potential suppliers, partners, and business opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and outbound outreach campaigns.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage and establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively.
• Develop long-term business relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Support or lead early-stage negotiations with prospects and partners.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through qualification or closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding of new partners.
• Research industries, markets, and competitor activity.
• Identify new business expansion opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of outreach and pipeline activity.
Qualifications:
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection-heavy environments.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Cold Calling, or Outbound Sales.
• Experience in generating new business through outbound efforts.
• Must have stable employment history.
