Infusion and Enteral Therapy require almost continuous communication with patients, physician offices, nursing staff, and insurance companies in advance of actually providing services. Then after the provision of services, there is a complex and ongoing billing and follow-up process.
Those primary challenges were compounded by a labor market with very low unemployment and the associated turnover and rapid wage increases.
Connext and the client teams worked together closely to build a strong team with multiple capabilities to include support for nursing, patient intake, insurance billing, and even general accounting functions. In a complex regulated environment, the Connext team seamlessly integrated with the client’s team, systems, and processes.
Due to both the complexity and conservative nature of the client, it took several months to build the team; however, there is now a very strong integrated Connext and client team delivering better and faster patient services while reducing costs by 50 to 75%.
