Outsource Legal Associates
The Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities:
Legal Associates have completed a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and are bar exam passers. They have relevant experience in the law prctice and strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and litigation.
Legal Associates provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters, including contracts, regulations, and litigation. They conduct legal research and analysis, draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda.
They represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings and work with outside counsel as needed.
Legal Associates also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide comprehensive legal support.
