Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract potential clinician candidates.
• Learn to develop and maintain a network within the healthcare community.
• Assist in proposing solutions for recruiting challenges and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Learn to initiate contact with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities thru Core’s ATS platform.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of clinician specialties, and recruitment best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in clinician recruitment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• A passion for healthcare recruitment and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with professionals both internally and externally, across multiple geographic locations.
