Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Team Leader to address and resolve client escalations and issues promptly.
• Lead the COS mobile health trend analysis to identify and report on key insights.
• Oversee the AR rollforward and consolidation processes for transport entities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage acquisitions and conduct market analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
• Execute tasks and projects within established timelines to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Implement and uphold the company’s code of conduct and core values in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to evolving departmental needs and priorities.
• Lead the analysis of mobile health trends to support strategic decision-making and innovation.
• Manage accounts receivable roll forward and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee and manage activities related to acquisitions and market analysis to drive business growth and strategy.
