The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving organizational growth by identifying and nurturing strong prospects for long-term partnerships. In this role, this role will also be responsible for proactively seeking new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and driving sales activities that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Description

• Clearly communicate PDM’s value proposition to potential clients, understanding their needs and identifying where there is a strong mutual fit for a partnership.
• Proactively seek, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through organic outreach, including calls, emails, and social media engagement. Reach out to new leads generated through external marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification of leads for the sales team.
• Use HubSpot, social selling, and phone outreach to contact prospective clients and initiate conversations about how PDM can meet their needs.Coordinate and book conversations for prospective clients with PDM’s Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for further discussions and potential closing of deals.
• Meet and exceed your daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance KPIs, focusing on outreach efforts, lead qualification, and conversions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully prospect and secure new business opportunities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong self-starter with a “hunter” mentality, consistently pursuing new leads and opportunities with initiative and determination.
• Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build rapport with prospects and team members.
