The Sales and Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in driving a company’s growth by supporting both the sales and marketing departments. This position involves a blend of tasks aimed at promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Job Description

• Develop and execute automated outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Utilize email marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track engagement.
• Manage and maintain CRM (HubSpot) to track KPIs, sales metrics, and lead performance.
• Create and execute social media strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Develop engaging digital content, including blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Assist in designing infographics, eBooks, and sales collateral to support marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute automated email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Optimize email segmentation, workflows, and A/B testing for maximum impact.
• Analyze email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to improve performance.
• Assist in website content updates and SEO optimization, including keyword research and metadata improvements.
• Create and manage landing pages to enhance lead capture and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure success and inform decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track sales funnel performance and marketing ROI.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Framer.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets, marketing materials, and campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and managing customer databases.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, monitor their performance, and suggest improvements.
• Interact with existing and potential customers to address inquiries, gather feedback, and foster positive relationships

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and website analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or similar for data analysis.
