Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and update warehouse purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve purchase order and fulfillment discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and customer support teams to effectively address fulfillment and receiving issues.
  • Identify and escalate issues to team supervisors and managers as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier communications.
  • Provide support in other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer service software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communications to effectively articulate ideas and interactions with suppliers and team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations critically, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to enhance order management processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, promoting a positive team dynamic to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Screening Criteria

  • At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in order entry, purchase order processing, or related order management roles.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
