Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and update warehouse purchase orders to suppliers.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve purchase order and fulfillment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer support teams to effectively address fulfillment and receiving issues.
- Identify and escalate issues to team supervisors and managers as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier communications.
- Provide support in other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with customer service software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communications to effectively articulate ideas and interactions with suppliers and team members.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations critically, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to enhance order management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, promoting a positive team dynamic to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Screening Criteria
- At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in order entry, purchase order processing, or related order management roles.
- Must have a stable employment history.
