Responsibilities
• Analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels, including social media, email, SMS, and paid ads.
• Work collaboratively with agency partners to incorporate their reporting into overall marketing performance assessments.
• Use marketing attribution tools (e.g., Hyros, Google Analytics, Click Funnel, Mobile Text Alert (text messaging system), Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube, Facebook Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign, etc) to track and measure business performance.
• Develop comprehensive reports that clearly outline what’s working, what isn’t, and actionable recommendations for improvement (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Create dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance.
• Evaluate and optimize marketing spend to ensure budget efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Identify trends and opportunities in customer behavior and marketing data to inform strategies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proficiency with a variety of marketing measurement tools such as Hyros, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email/SMS reporting platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics and strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
