What You’ll Do

Analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels, including social media, email, SMS, and paid ads.
Collaborate with agency partners to integrate their reporting into overall marketing performance assessments.
Use marketing attribution tools (e.g., Hyros, Google Analytics, Click Funnel, Mobile Text Alert, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube, Facebook Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign, etc.) to track and measure business performance.
Develop comprehensive reports on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and actionable recommendations (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
Create dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance.
Evaluate and optimize marketing spend to ensure budget efficiency and maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency with marketing measurement tools such as Hyros, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email/SMS reporting platforms. 💫 Highly desirable 💫
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to stakeholders.
Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics and strategies.
