Responsibilities
• Develop innovative and interactive learning activities that captivate learners and enhance knowledge retention and transfer.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand training needs and objectives, ensuring the content aligns with the learning goals.
• Clearly articulate instructional objectives and design course content that aligns with these goals.
• Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and the final course product to create a visually appealing and user-friendly learning experience.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of learners and their learning contexts to inform instructional design decisions.
• Apply established instructional design theories, best practices, and methods to create effective learning materials.
• Develop exercises, activities, and supplementary materials, including audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games, to enhance the learning process.
• Determine the criteria for assessing learner performance and design assessment instruments that effectively measure knowledge and skills.
• Maintain organized project documentation and course folders to ensure efficient project management and future updates.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories, pedagogical approaches, and instructional design models.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials, including multimedia, elements like videos, simulations, and interactive modules.
• Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and present complex information clearly to learners.
• Ability to analyze learner needs and performance data and conduct research to inform instructional design decisions.
• Effective project management skills are important for meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think creatively to design engaging and interactive learning experiences.
