Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals from previous clients, creating a strong alumni network that contributes to practice growth.
• Keep a close eye on regional opportunities, competitive activities, and other business openings to devise strategic plans aimed at expanding market share and driving growth.
• Utilize your analytical skills to assess the practice’s performance and implement measures to optimize revenue per patient.
• Effectively deliver presentations and engage in public speaking opportunities to promote the practice and build relationships with potential referring patients.
• Prioritize day-to-day activities and execute sales and marketing initiatives consistent with local, regional, and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with DLV Internal Marketing to execute annual internal marketing plans.
• Oversee and manage patient products and services such as Care Credit, in-house financing, and other offerings.
• Focus on driving excellence in patient satisfaction by conducting patient counseling and managing patient referrals.

• Ensure the smooth functioning and management of the patient portal.
• Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of Dougherty Laser Vision surgical products to enhance consultation and sales efforts.
• Oversee the execution of consultation days through collaboration with the sales team.
• Track and achieve year-over-year patient referral growth, meeting, or exceeding growth objectives.
• Manage the event calendar and marketing efforts for consultation days.
• Maintain and update relevant databases to facilitate effective patient communication and tracking.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Has keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer operating skills.
