The Azure Cloud Engineer and Endpoint Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure cloud-based solutions, as well as managing devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). As part of the team, this role will deploy, configure, and manage Azure services, ensuring their availability, reliability, and scalability. Additionally, they will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other devices used by employees through Intune.
Job Description
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud-based solutions.Configure and manage Azure services, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and templates for deploying and managing Azure resources. Implement and manage Azure security and access controls, including Azure policies, Azure Security Center, and Azure Firewall.
• Document Azure architecture, designs, and operational procedures.
• Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). Create and maintain policies and profiles for device management using Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune. Install and configure software applications and updates on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune.
• Manage and maintain inventory of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices using Intune.
Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure services, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with PowerShell, ARM templates, and other Azure automation tools. Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and common business software applications.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, identifying root causes and potential impacts on systems and processes.
