Responsibilities
• Perform financial coding tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct price benchmarking to facilitate sourcing solutions for clients.
• Handle administrative functions related to the collection, classification, and loading of client contracts using internal tools.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel to generate reports, including the use of Pivot tables and basic formulas such as VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience using QuickBase.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, generate reports, and utilize functions.
• Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively correspond with US-based clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
