Outsource Recruitment Specialists
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions.
Recruitment Specialists collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements. They source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. They manage candidate pipelines and communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process. They do this by screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Recruitment Specialists also conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
They coordinate candidate selection activities, including background checks and reference checks and prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
