Led the Bogotá office build-out from lease signing on August 1, 2024, completing the project in 30 days and formally launching the office in September 2024 with visiting U.S. executives.
The office currently boasts approximately 6000 square feet (550 square meters) of modern office space. The office is equipped with training rooms, a production floor, terrace, cafeteria, a golf simulator and biometric security.

This journey began with a single hire: Ana Guevara, who joined Connext in November 2023 as our first Colombia-based employee. Ana led the foundation of our Colombia operations, building HR policies, overseeing recruitment, sourcing equipment, and establishing key vendor partnerships.
