The Story of Connext

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Hawaii, Connext was established by Tim Mobley with a vision to help small and medium-sized businesses grow. By providing customized outsourcing solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability, we bring the spirit of aloha to every partnership, delivering service with warmth, care, and a commitment to excellence.

What started as a boutique provider has grown into an international team of over 1700 employees. With offices in the Philippines and Colombia, we’ve built a talented workforce to meet the needs of businesses across industries.
