They coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process. They also are responsible in resolving any issues or concerns that arise during travel and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and products.
They collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to negotiate rates and secure reservations.
