Responsibilities
- Utilize technology to audit the accuracy of reported foot traffic compared to foot traffic captured by store camera systems.
- Make immediate corrections as necessary to ensure the accuracy and integrity of traffic data.
- Enter traffic data into Salesforce daily to ensure accurate tracking of customer foot traffic.
- Analyze traffic data to identify peak shopping times, customer flow patterns, and trends in customer behavior by store.
- Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing traffic data and providing actionable insights to store management and the marketing team.
- Monitor and assess customer conversion rates to evaluate sales strategies and store training effectiveness.
- Provide insights to assist in optimizing sales strategies and improving customer conversion rates.
- Collaborate with store management to identify potential areas for improvement based on traffic data analysis.
- Develop recommendations for optimizing staffing levels, store hours, and strategies to enhance store performance.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of traffic tracking equipment and technology to support accurate data collection.
- Train store staff on the correct policies and procedures for accurate traffic reporting.
- Emphasize the importance of accurate traffic data and provide guidance on utilizing insights to improve customer service and sales.
- Collaborate with other departments or agencies to provide video footage and information as needed for analysis and decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends related to traffic analysis and contribute ideas to enhance data collection accuracy and methods.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or data collection is a plus.
Screening Criteria
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in Video Surveillance Monitoring.
- Must have a stable employment history.
