Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, groups, and organizational units in Active Directory.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server systems.
- Manage file services, print services, and other server roles as required.
- Remotely setup, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting to ensure connectivity and performance.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 services including Exchange Online and Outlook.
- Manage user mailboxes, email policies, and security settings.
- Configure and manage spam filtering solutions provided by Cisco or similar vendors.
- Monitor and adjust spam filter settings to optimize effectiveness.
- Maintain DNS records and ensure proper resolution of domain names.
- Manage endpoint antivirus and security solutions to protect against malware and threats.
- Monitor antivirus alerts and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Administer security awareness training programs using KnowBe4 or similar platforms.
- Track and report on employee participation and performance.
- Coordinate with SharePoint vendors for user access management and basic administration tasks.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to SharePoint access and functionality.
- Manage company cell phone accounts and interact with Verizon or similar vendors.
- Coordinate device provisioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades as needed.
- Administer the VoIP phone system via web portals, ensuring user management and configuration.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to VoIP services.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in IT administration, support, and/or troubleshooting.
- Must have a stable employment history.
