Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business lead and subject matter expert in business processes for Oracle NetSuite and related systems and procedures.
  • Provide project leadership, configuration management, testing, and support for financial subsystems.
  • Perform lead responsibilities for ongoing maintenance, annual project improvements, and maintenance of financial subsystems.
  • Gather data and analyze business and user needs to implement functional requirements, including dashboard creation, custom reports, and workflow automation.
  • Provide end user security management and configuration management for financial systems.
  • Manage integrations between internal and external systems using EDI, Web Services, and 3rd party tools.
  • Develop plans and lead testing and implementation of system upgrades, configuration changes, workflow changes, and other system modifications.
  • Work with Information Technology staff and system vendors to identify and implement upgrades.
  • Assure modifications and upgrades are successfully tested before implementation to the live environment.
  • Report systems issues to system vendors and work with vendors to resolve the issues.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and conduct user training from go-live and beyond.
  • Utilize standard reporting tools to write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries.
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Develop standard reports for ongoing business needs and ad hoc queries as needed, working with staff to identify information requirements.
  • Develop and document workflow processes to create efficiency in the operation of Financial Systems.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; or 5+ years of equivalent job experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Oracle NetSuite experience in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reporting, Dashboards, etc.
  • Must have stable employment history
