Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of circuit order post-sale, including design, build, installation, and activation, ensuring timely completion
- Ensure proper procurement, tracking, and delivery of all equipment or parts.
- Daily, create, maintain, and report on project status, next steps, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
- Identify procedural and operational issues, troubleshoot gaps, and resolve problems independently and collaboratively.
- Maximize client satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Schedule tasks and meetings, and coordinate communication among project participants, stakeholders, distributors, contractors, telecom agents, master agents, etc., in a timely and efficient manner.
- Calmly address and resolve client issues and conflicts, offering encouragement and support.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in service delivery management or project management in the telecommunications sector.
- Must have a stable employment history.
