Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain job postings on Indeed, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create, update, and manage job descriptions, ensuring they are comprehensive and attract suitable candidates.
- Establish effective screening criteria to evaluate and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
- Conduct all aspects of hiring employees, including interviews and phone screens, to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Make informed hiring decisions based on established hiring criteria, ensuring the right talent is placed in the appropriate roles.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing a seamless transition into the company.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from screening to interviewing, for positions ranging from entry-level to higher-level roles.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US hiring laws and best practices.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience supporting US companies.
- Must have a stable employment history
