Responsibilities
- Translate functional specifications into technical specifications, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Break down project tasks into manageable units and define timelines for execution.
- Provide accurate time estimations for the completion of development tasks and projects.
- Develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP frameworks such as Slim and Laravel, along with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like Angular and React.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of developed features to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and enforce best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Exposure to AWS services beyond basic usage.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Vagrant – Containerization is a plus.
- Jira Software is a plus.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- At least four (4) years of experience in software development with a focus on leading teams and driving project delivery.
- Must have a stable employment history.
