Responsibilities
- Develop, and implement data privacy practices in business processes.
- Prepare Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA for entire ecosystem of personal data and their inter-relations across the ecosystem.
- Implement remedial actions for data privacy compliance.
- Prepare privacy policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and templates and their implementation.
- Assist teams in automating their privacy capabilities and deploy and maintain privacy tools.
- Assist in the assessment of suspected privacy events and breaches.
- Assist external or internal auditors with compliance audits.
- Work as a data privacy point of contact for the regional teams.
- Maintaining privacy compliance records.
- Regular reporting on privacy compliance.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, electronics and communications, or a similar field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in Data Privacy and Compliance.
- Must have a stable employment history
