Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, encompassing flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee sandbox environment management, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with production environments.
  • Identify and gather requirements from stakeholders, translating them into best practices and scalable solutions with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce usage.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and user readiness.
  • Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance tasks such as Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and using the Optimizer tool.
  • Provide general application support, addressing user support tickets promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption through training and support initiatives.
  • Create and conduct new user and ongoing user training sessions to ensure proficiency in Salesforce usage.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration changes, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with and support integrated applications, ensuring seamless operation and data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives and initiatives.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or other related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
