Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Specialist (AS) or Solution Specialist (SS) to enable them to focus on relationship-building and sales efforts.
  • Understand packaging terms and concepts to enhance collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve ordering, quality, and other issues effectively.
  • Utilize computer systems to access, input, and report relevant information accurately.
  • Source product solutions based on the direction provided by the AS or SS.
  • Manage requests and follow-ups for sample information, ensuring timely delivery and feedback.
  • Request and follow up on pricing, lead time, and other information necessary for preparing quotes.
  • Generate accurate order profiles from incoming customer orders.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to address and resolve any issues related to order profiles.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Sales Support and/or Customer Service in a B2B environment.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
