Job Summary
The Sales Consultant will drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the EOR (Employer of Record) and outsourcing industry. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising clients on tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends.

Job Description

• Identify and target potential clients who could benefit from our EOR and outsourcing services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and prepare sales proposals and presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback and insights to improve our services and sales processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market insights.

Required Qualifications

•Proven experience in outbound sales and account management, specifically targeting US clients, with a track record of lead generation and account growth.
• Demonstrated success working remotely, including effective use of remote tools, time management, and achieving sales targets independently.
• Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, craft persuasive proposals, and engage effectively with clients.

Screening Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales within a global EOR, PEO, or outsourcing firm,
• Must have a stable employment history.
