Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications and enhance website functionality.
- Utilize React to build responsive, high-performance web applications, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress and React applications as needed to expand functionality and features.
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them accordingly within WordPress and React environments.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance issues proactively to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, technical problems, and ensure timely resolution to maintain website integrity and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovations in WordPress and React development practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with modern build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Redux, Next.js).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with headless CMS solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a related work experience.
- At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a WordPress Developer and React Developer.
- Must have a stable employment history.
