Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are appropriately set up across all systems and maintain documentation on key project activities.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to guide project execution.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Align sales forecasts with resource forecasting to ensure appropriate staffing availability and escalate potential resource needs and large projects to leadership.
  • Communicate consistently with customers from contract initiation to project start, acting as the point of contact.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Prepare, distribute, and save project-related documents such as meeting minutes, project status reports, and change requests.
  • Monitor time entry and coordinate with resources to ensure accurate daily entries.
  • Identify, monitor, and report on project risks and issues. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as required.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget, adhering to quality standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft NAV, CRM, PowerPoint and SharePoint is a plus.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
