Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate marketing communications projects, including website redesign, conference and event planning, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports on marketing efforts by liaising with sales and marketing managers.
- Assist with researching new and innovative opportunities for clients, such as awards and media publications.
- Support PowerPoint requests using marketing resource materials, including brochures, case studies, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
- Manage project timelines, provide reminders to stakeholders regarding deadlines, and ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Act as a project coordinator to facilitate smooth execution of marketing initiatives and document all activities using project management tools.
- Assist with expense tracking, email creation, industry research, and other support tasks as needed.
- Manage budgets, including expense tracking and invoicing.
- Regularly write social media posts, marketing email messaging, Google AdWords copy, blog posts, and other marketing content
Qualifications
- Preferably in a B2B marketing/advertising agency or a client-side marketing organization (must include writing experience).
- Basic understanding of WordPress content management system (CMS) functionalities, particularly in the context of content creation, editing, and publishing.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in marketing for a healthcare IT vendor and/or marketing or PR agency.
- At least two (2) to six (6) years of experience in Marketing and Project Coordination.
- Must have a stable employment history.
