Marketplace Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product listings, identifying new opportunities to grow this sales channel to match the sales volume of 1P.
  • Meet targets and expand our presence and revenue across multiple AMZ marketplaces in the EU, focusing on the UK and DE, and eventually FR, ES, and IT.
  • Develop and execute a sustainable marketplace expansion strategy.
  • Manage listings and optimize feeds on Amazon marketplaces.
  • Monitor and manage pricing initiatives based on competitor analysis and research.
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities.
  • Implement and manage a review strategy.
  • Conduct regular checks and swiftly address issues to maintain account performance above key benchmarks.
  • Understand overall profitability, including seller categories, fulfillment methods, and fees.
  • Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the wider team weekly.
  • Analyze product trends, articulate observations, and propose problem-solving strategies.
  • Create strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and enhance conversion rates through price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons, customer communications, creative changes, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are in stock, of premium quality, properly packaged, and appropriately certified.
  • Screening Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
