Responsibilities
- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that enhance competitive positioning and foster long-term growth.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing sales funnels to drive lead generation, conversion, and client retention, utilizing automation and analytics tools for continuous improvement.
- Skilled in crafting end-to-end marketing strategies encompassing branding, digital marketing, content creation, client surveys, client gifts and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to support product development initiatives, including market research, product positioning, build out of the new product/service, and launch campaigns.
- Provide leadership with insightful strategic ideas and recommendations, leveraging industry trends, data analysis, and market research to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
- Build and manage a network of reliable external marketing professionals and outsourcers to supply marketing services.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing contractors, facilitating their professional development and contribution to company objectives.
- Provide oversight to all marketing dollars spent on behalf of the agency and/or clients.
- Actively participate in quarterly company planning events, contributing strategic insights and recommendations for departmental growth and development.
- Understanding of digital platforms advertising opportunities and maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.
- Assist in coordination of company events
- Ensure effectiveness of social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Identify options for incorporating video into our marketing message
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and marketing analytics.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree a plus.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in marketing roles with a strong emphasis on traditional marketing strategies.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Must have a stable employment history.
