Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and protocols in leadership administrative processes.
- Develop and execute efficient systems for the meticulous tracking and processing of leadership-related inputs, including performance evaluations, feedback, and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to streamline administrative workflows, emphasizing the accuracy and completeness of input data.
- Conduct regular audits of leadership input data to identify discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training and ongoing support to leadership staff, ensuring a clear understanding of administrative procedures and input requirements.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing leadership administrative inputs, emphasizing key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to administrative processes, fostering a culture of compliance and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to leadership administration, integrating relevant updates into compliance protocols.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- At least one (1) of experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert.
- Must have a stable employment history.
