Responsibilities
- Set up new clients on the Kronos/UKG Ready time system by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Configure employee, cost center, and Paid Time Off (PTO) subscriptions, establishing a connection between Prism and Kronos/UKG.
- Update Salesforce with Time & Attendance information once the client’s account setup is complete.
- Ensure the proper import templates are assigned in Prism, guaranteeing the accuracy and efficiency of data transfer.
- Perform case management in Salesforce, ensuring that all cases are consistently updated with accurate dates and information.
Qualifications
- Experience with Kronos/UKG configuration, setup, and troubleshooting, with a proven track record of following the process and procedure.
- Experience working with time and attendance systems such as Kronos and/or Prism.
- Strong attention to detail with data entry and management to ensure accurate and error-free client setups.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple client setups simultaneously.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, to ensure proper communication and successful setups and resolve any issues.
- Following established SOPs and ensuring compliance with procedures for consistency and quality in client setups.
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions when encountering issues or challenges during client setups.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Must have three (3) to four (4) years of experience with the UKG/Kronos platform.
- Must have a stable employment history.
