Responsibilities
- Handle the timely and accurate processing of incontinence product refills for our clients, ensuring their continuous access to necessary supplies.
- Prepare and manage delivery tickets for nutrition-related products, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient delivery to clients.
- Facilitate the process of new referrals, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and documented appropriately.
- Handle oral nutrition product refills for clients, maintaining clear records and efficient delivery processes.
- Manage incoming calls related to Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) nutrition products, providing prompt and helpful assistance to callers.
- Provide support for other Nutrition Therapies as needed, assisting colleagues and contributing to a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a utilization rate, ensuring efficient use of time and resources to meet the needs of our clients and clinicians effectively.
- Aim for a productivity rate of 168 DT’s (Daily Tasks) which should account for 9.50% of the total DT’s generated within the organization.
- Proactively follow up with doctors’ offices to assist clinicians in obtaining necessary documents required for the patient’s account and nutrition therapy.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least one (1) year experience in a BPO.
- Must have a stable employment history.
