Work together with operations on completing identified centralized processes in an escrow transaction and provide additional administrative support with their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret data on scanned contracts / instructions and any other supporting documents
- Use internal systems to open, track and process centralized escrow requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input relevant data into internal processing systems.
- Prepare, order and distributes documents/letters to all necessary parties electronically
- Update, verify and proofread data where necessary
- Upload incoming documents into internal system upon receipt, if applicable.
- Thoroughly review documents for accuracy and consistency, obtain resolution and further information for incomplete documents or discrepancies
- Review title reports and purchase agreements; prepare and send appropriate forms/documents as needed
- Identify potential problem and communicate to superior for further review and action
- Organize workflow and communicates regularly with manager or supervisor regarding production and quality of work.
- Work individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.
- Input and process certain tasks as defined
- Comply with data integrity and security policies-maintain discretion and care for client’s privacy
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course (or College Level)
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
- High attention to details
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized and systematic in handling various tasks
