The Back-Office Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational functions within the organization. The role’s responsibilities will include the meticulous processing of daily inbound faxes, efficient scanning and uploading of documents, and the strategic regionalization of cases in Salesforce to facilitate seamless team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Process all daily inbound faxes promptly and accurately.
- Scan and upload documents received via mail into internal systems.
- Regionalize cases in Salesforce to ensure proper team assignment.
- Upload patient results to electronic medical record (EMR) platforms and other online platforms.
- Assist in processing kit requests and collaborate with kit vendors to address logistic issues.
- Contribute to Ad-Hoc projects and handle customer requests as needed.
- Participate in Client Services trainings and maintain compliance with the organization’s standards.
Qualifications
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication to interact with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Accurate and timely data entry skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Understanding the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in the execution of tasks, reflecting a commitment to accuracy.

Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
