Responsibilities
- Manage eCommerce customer’s comment and review through social media and other digital platforms.
- Assist national account managers in planning and executing promotions and campaigns across various channels to meet sales targets.
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates for various e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare and upload new product listing including content writing for various e-commerce platforms and retailers such as Amazon, Bunnings, MyDeal, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to source, manage, and update product information to ensure accuracy and completeness across platforms.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns on eCommerce platforms to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunity and make informed business decisions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product offerings, customer experience, and service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on-site performance metrics, including sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance business performance.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or a combination of education and related work experience.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of work experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Must have a stable employment history.
