Responsibilities
- Craft a compelling Employer Value Proposition that highlights the company’s culture, values, and benefits. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and use employee stories and testimonials to authentically represent the workplace.
- Organize and participate in career fairs and industry events to engage potential candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Use analytics to monitor effectiveness, including conversion rates and engagement metrics.
- Collect and assess feedback to refine recruitment strategies and improve the candidate experience.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to keep the company’s recruitment approach competitive.
- Implement plans to attract top talent using job boards, social media, and networks. Leveraging digital advertising, and SEO to boost visibility and attract candidates.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive intelligence to develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Use sourcing tools, ATS, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and improve candidate search.
- Oversee all stages of recruitment from requisition to job offer, to ensure that we hire qualified candidates fast.
- Refine recruitment workflows and best practices to boost efficiency, shorten time-to-fill, and improve client and candidate experience.
- Understand client staffing needs and work with internal teams for effective execution of recruitment strategies.
- Create and oversee the budget for recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Negotiate with vendors and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining hiring speed and quality.
- Track spending, analyze cost-per-hire, and adjust strategies based on data to identify savings opportunities.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices meet legal standards.
- Develop and enforce recruitment policies to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Conduct regular audits and provide training to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and best practices.
- Create and present regular reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and fill rates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Examine recruitment data and trends to assess the effectiveness of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Measure the performance of different recruitment channels and processes, and adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools in talent acquisition to ensure the company leverages the latest innovations for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Familiar with industry standards and best practices in talent acquisition, including effective sourcing strategies, candidate engagement techniques, and selection processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities with ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse recruitment team.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, tailoring communication style to different audiences, ensuring messages are effectively conveyed and understood
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Minimum of three (3) years management and leadership experience.
- Must have a stable employment history
