Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals. Identify target markets, set clear objectives, and determine key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the development and execution of brand initiatives to enhance brand equity and recognition. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and events. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and adjust plans as needed.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Ensure digital initiatives drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively and ensure all marketing activities are delivered within budget constraints.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach. Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Present marketing plans and performance updates to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Experience managing SEO, PPC, and Brand awareness campaigns
- Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Experience in developing and managing comprehensive marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM software.
- Proven ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to derive insights and optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong track record of mentoring and developing team members.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or STEM degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B business environment
- Minimum of three (3) years managing managers at the operations level
- Must have stable employment history.
