Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations using open data sources, collaborating closely with internal teams to identify potential issues and inconsistencies in claims.
- Log findings accurately within our platform, ensuring all data is processed logically and in accordance with established guidelines.
- Analyze claimant data for quality, completeness, and accuracy, identifying patterns or anomalies that may indicate fraudulent or illegitimate claims.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing resources effectively to deliver high-quality results while maximizing value for the company and its clients.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering strictly to company security policies and data protection regulations.
- Follow established protocols to maintain compliance with company guidelines around data handling, disclosure, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in open-source content research.
- Capable of working effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to document and present research findings clearly and concisely.
- Highly proficient with computers, including fast typing skills, efficient use of search functions, and mastery of keyboard shortcuts.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to approach problems creatively and find innovative solutions during investigations.
- Quick to learn and adjust to new technologies and evolving system processes, staying ahead of industry changes.
Screening Criteria
- At least one (1) year of experience related to data checking, audit or something similar.
- Must have a stable employment history.
